Blue Ring CRM was developed out of frusturation with other customer relationship management systems.  This focus was to make the system very easy for sales and support staff to use, yet allow companies to customize the information tracked so that managers would have the important metrics to guild the business.  The system has been in use at the primary customer for over two years and currently being evaluated for commercial rollout.

Blue Ring CRM was developed in Ruby on Rails and includes significant javascript functionality targeted at usability, automated emails, and an innovative data model management to support the customization requirements.
